I have a background of 10 years of working with Children Looked after and their families within  Local Authorities and during this time, I developed a special interest of working with Parents (and wider family members)  who were unable to care for their Children and working with Children who were unable to live with their Families. As a Therapist, I have continued with this work and am particularly keen to partner with Residential Homes who would like to explore Trauma Informed Systemic Ways of working with their teams and the children for whom they are responsible. As part of the package that I provide I offer the following: 

- Consultation to Directors and Managers to help to implement Therapeutic Care Packages within the Home inclusive of the delivering of training to staff to support this.

- Group Clinical Supervision to Residential support staff to help with understanding the needs of children identifying how best to respond to their presenting needs

- One to one clinical supervision to Residential Support Workers, assisting with the continued embedding of Therapeutic Caring Approaches within the work

- Psychotherapeutic Interventions for Children based on comprehensive assessment and Systemic Formulation
